Cancellation Policy

LOCATION 107 North Side Square, Huntsville, AL, 35801 GUESTS You’re welcome to bring up to four guests to enjoy the private viewing with you. PARKING Street Parking | Nearby metered street parking is available. Metered parking is enforced Monday–Friday until 5 PM, so parking is free after 5 PM. Clinton Garage | Enter on Clinton Avenue between Washington Street and Jefferson Street, between Washington Street and Jefferson Street. The garage provides direct access to the building's alley entrance/exit. Additional parking information is available on the City of Huntsville website. ACCESSIBILITY & BUILDING ENTRY The gallery space is located on the second floor of Huntsville City Lifestyle's office, above Del Chuco, via 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator. There is one building entrance: 1. Front Entrance | Located along North Side Square, through the door to the right of Del Chuco's entrance. If you have accessibility concerns or questions, please contact us before the event. PLEASE NOTE This is a private, invitation-only experience. Space is limited and a waitlist may be maintained if sessions are fully booked. Your RSVP information will be managed on the day. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. No outside food or beverages are permitted. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE Private viewing sessions are limited, so we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 days prior to your viewing, allowing us to offer the session to another guest. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If no alternative session is available, your booking will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
