Other Important Details

Weather Considerations: Although located in The Botanical Gardens, the main event experience is held indoors, and will proceed as planned unless severe weather conditions are anticipated. In the event of such severe weather, the event will be rescheduled. In the unlikely occurance this does happen, cancellation will take place within 2 days of the event to help with your arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Attendee: 

• Within 5 Days of Booking: If you cancel your reservation within 5 days of booking, and your booking is made more than 4 weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. 
• Up to 4 Weeks Before the Event: If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund. 
• Less Than 4 Weeks Before the Event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event cannot be refunded due to the exclusive nature and preparation required for this experience. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you notify us of the change. 

Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
