All artwork on this website, including photography of artwork, is the original work of Charlotte Marie Isbell. It is copyrighted and is the sole property of Charlotte Marie (and Isbell & Co LLC). Regardless of whether you have purchased the original artwork, an artwork print, a textile, or are simply a viewer of this work, they cannot be re-used, duplicated, derived or reproduced in any way without my involvement and authority. Purchasers of original artwork will hold "ownership" rights only, which excludes usage rights and will sign a contract on purchase with information about this. For usage rights on any artwork, at any level, please contact me directly.
As the owner of all designs seen on www.charlottemarieisbell.com, I may make changes to my products, pricing and offers at any time without notice, including the discontinuation of products at my discretion.
I will always try to ensure an accurate portrayal of my artwork on this website but sometimes the colour and size may be different based on your computer. As such I cannot be not be held liable for these portrayal differences, but rest assured I have no intentions of misrepresentation. If you receive an artwork print and are not happy with the colour please see Shipping & Returns for your options. Original artwork is final so please choose carefully. If you're worried about the color interpretation from your computer please let me know and ill provide other options to support you.
I will do everything I can to package your artwork securely and suitably for the medium, and to ensure it arrives beautifully in your hands. Given that most of this process rests in the control of other organisations - please see Shipping & Returns for more information about shipping policies.
All artwork purchased on sale from this website is non-refundable or returnable so please choose carefully.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have read and understood all terms & conditions associated with purchasing art from Charlotte Marie Isbell. In addition to this page - terms & conditions - terms also include Shipping & Returns, FAQ and Privacy Policy which can always be found at the bottom of this website. The policies outlined on these pages will over-ride any other discrepancies that may be found elsewhere on the site.
